From Vision to Precision – The Evolution
Established in 2020, Flowcast Metallics Pvt. Ltd. was born from a vision to modernize the casting industry through advanced Lost Foam Casting (LFC) technology. Founded by Mr. Amit Parekh, a mechanical engineer with a passion for precision manufacturing, the company began with a focus on delivering high-quality Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, and Alloy Castings tailored to industrial needs.
Starting with a small but skilled team and a fully equipped foundry in Kolhapur, we invested in modern vibro-compaction systems, IGBT-based induction furnaces, and quality labs to build a strong foundation for growth. Over the years, we’ve expanded our capacity, served diverse sectors such as municipal infrastructure, boilers, pumps, valves, and OEMs, and built long-lasting client relationships based on trust, performance, and innovation.
